You can not get through the phone line provided, you cant speak to the operator, page or leave a message as the mailbox is full and guess what theres no email address to dir3c5 enquires. Hmmm, interesting as a patient if you not able to make an appointment you, best this is wait for the letter to come via mail advising you that you have been discharged by the surgery. Customer service is nonexistent
I have been in for two weeks, after my op for a broken ankle. Couldnt fault any one here. Everyone Nurses, Dinner lady and cleaning staff all friendly helpful. Ive not had to wait for anything. Ring the buzzer and their there Nurses Willing and able to help, lovelyClean room.
Absolutely loved. I had second surgery there. Clean, very nice personel, professional service, modern clinic.
My mother had a knee replacement the service she received from start to finish was amazing. The surgical team the drs the nurses treated her like she was their mother not just a patient. All procedures were explained and talked through and at every stage she was asked if she had any questions. The after care was amazing not had this type of service at in another hospital
Rang up to book an appointment for my 9-year old brother, after being advised to do so from the emergency doctors in NUH, who couldn't tell the different between a broken arm and a sprained one. But that's another story of idiots. Ran up on Friday, 21st July at about 16:30 and a guy picked up. He told me that the earliest appointment was in 20 days. When I explained the situation that the child's in pain and his arm is swollen he told me that he can't do anything for me and that "You are welcome to go somewhere else..." and then he hung up on me. I don't know what a filthy dog would give a rat's ass about a child, but I would love to see him fired. Clearly, he does not give a damn about his job! He might as well not make injured, desperate and sick people feel even worse by being rude to them!!!
