Very peaceful Leisure Village in a busy London City. No problem for car parking. For pedestrian customers, the initial walk to the center provides the welcome warmup All ethnic people are most welcome with families
It's ok place... Very easy to find a car parking place. There are no easy way to keep inside and have a guest look as to what they have inside.
Good modern gym facilities spread across two floors. Isnt quite gender separated if that is what you are looking for. Has free parking and decent changing facilities.
Significantly improved. They have done a refurbishment which makes the whole place look a lot nicer. Customer service has gotten better. They used to have this Asian lady with peroxide blonde hair who was incredibly rude and I am so happy that she is no longer there. I just wish they had more women only sessions. Absolutely love Sybil and Naomi's classes, hope they never leave as I'll be the first to follow them out
Gym is on two floors and has very good equipment. The members of staff on the ground are good though it will be nice if they are given more authority to resolve queries rather than asking customers to call customer services every time something minor needs to be dealt with - deducting a star for this. A second star deducted for the refuse at the main gate. A third star deducted for the very cold pools in winter.
